RTE-Right Track Enrichment College and Career Readiness(9th-12th Grade)

Is an individualized career exploration and development program for high school students.  The goal of this program is to increase the rate a which students retain matriculation in college. This college bound preparation program is a realistic education exploration that will guide participants through the steps of their college career. Students receive assistance with

planning their career, learn about and apply for college, participate in SAT prep, are connected to pre-college programs, college tours and received financial aid supports and resources

Summer Scholars Program(K-8th Grade)

The summer scholars program is provided in conjunction with community based organizations.  The purpose of the program is to provide a healthy social environment for students, a positive alternative for parents, and increased scholastic based activities for schools.  Students are engages daily through

Life skill development, Creative writing, Field trips, Multi-cultural group activities and Educational activities

After-School Enrichment Program(K-8th Grade)

This program is specifically geared towards assisting inner-city students with improving academically.  The focus is also on providing positive behavior modifications, instilling the importance of civic community service, and beginning the process of college/career exploration.  The program offer:

Homework help, academic enrichment, arts and crafts, STEM activities, health & wellness, field trips and more

Right Track Juvenile Program (age 13-19)

In an effort to provide a structure for youth to move beyond criminal and negative behaviors, STRIVE developed Right Track Juvenile program. The goal of this program is to empower juvenile offenders and divert them away from risky behavior and re-offending. This program seeks to assist these youth in developing cross-functional skills necessary to succeed in school, at work, and in life.  The program offer six unique services to juvenile offenders residing in New Jersey

Support in going back to school or GED program, vocational training, mentoring, gender specific like skills workshops, gang/violence diversion workshops, case management/counseling services
